No Aussie Left Behind is a document preparation service operated by Graham Marsland Pty Ltd (ABN 97 691 274 905).

This service is operated by Graham Marsland Pty Ltd (ABN 97 691 274 905), through its sole director, Graham Marsland (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using it you agree to these terms.
We provide a document preparation service. The document is compiled by software I built, from your own answers, published sources and AFCA's published loss approach. No AI model writes any sentence of your documents. If you use voice, an AI model writes down what you say and may suggest corrections. You approve or reject each one. Your document is emailed to you once it is ready. If the service is closed, the form says so before you start. You review it, you decide whether to lodge it, and you lodge it yourself at afca.org.au, in your own name; I am not your representative at AFCA.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. The draft complaint will reflect what you tell us. If you provide incorrect information the draft may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing the draft before lodging and for correcting any inaccuracies before submitting to AFCA.
$997 covers every complaint I help you draft, however many that is.
You can pay $997 once, or spread it over 12 months: $97 a month (12 payments, $1,164 in total), $49 a fortnight (26 payments, $1,274 in total), or $25 a week (52 payments, $1,300 in total). Paying over time costs more than paying once; the difference is the price of spreading the cost, and $997 once is the cheapest. Prices include GST. Payment is processed by Stripe.
You pay at the end of the form, after you see your estimated loss. If my calculation does not show a loss, I do not charge you.
Your documents are prepared after you purchase and emailed to you as each one is ready.
Refunds. Change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and I refund you in full, for any reason. I cancel any plan, and you keep any complaint already delivered. To ask, use the refund link in your payment email, or email graham@noaussieleftbehind.com. You do not need to explain. If I cannot prepare your complaints, I refund you in full. After 14 days, the rest of a plan is still due.
If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries it over the following days. If it still cannot be collected, the plan stops. We do not use debt collectors. Your complaints are still prepared and delivered.
If you cannot afford $25 a week, email me at graham@noaussieleftbehind.com and I will help you draft your complaints for free.
If you are on a plan and can no longer afford it, email me. I stop the plan, and your complaints are still prepared and delivered.

The document is built from the answers you give, so you must review it carefully before lodging it. If you notice an error, reply to the delivery email and I will revise and resend.
If you find an error in the draft I prepared, reply to the delivery email and I will correct it and resend it. That is what this support covers: the document.
This service is document preparation and it ends when you lodge. I do not act for you at AFCA, I do not answer AFCA's correspondence, and I do not advise you on your complaint once it is lodged. From that point AFCA deals with you directly.
I send at most two reminders to lodge each complaint, and none after you tell me you have lodged it.
By using the service you confirm that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. You retain full rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We own the software, templates, and processes that produce your draft. Once we deliver your draft to you, you own the draft itself and may lodge it, edit it, or share it with AFCA, other representatives, or anyone else.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing graham@noaussieleftbehind.com. We may decline to provide the service or cancel it at our discretion, for example if we believe the information provided is false or the request is outside our scope. If I cancel after you have paid, I refund you in full.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Victoria.
